Welcome to Villa Panorama Members Club. By purchasing a membership, making a reservation, or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Membership Overview
Villa Panorama memberships provide access to curated hospitality experiences and reserved stay opportunities at Villa Panorama in Montego Bay, Jamaica.
Memberships do not represent ownership, equity, real estate interest, timeshare rights, or investment securities of any kind.
All memberships are subject to availability, operational requirements, and the terms outlined below.
Membership access, booking availability, concierge services, amenities, and experiences are subject to availability, operational considerations, and membership tier guidelines.
Membership Validity
Membership benefits and stay allocations are valid for the stated membership period beginning on the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
Unused nights do not automatically roll over beyond the membership term.
Members who are unable to utilize their allotted stays within the membership period may request an extension prior to expiration. Extension approvals are granted at the discretion of Villa Panorama Management and are not guaranteed.
Reservations & Availability
All stays must be reserved and confirmed through Villa Panorama Management.
Reservations are subject to availability, operational scheduling, maintenance periods, holiday demand, and blackout dates where applicable.
Peak-season requests are accommodated based on membership tier and availability.
Villa Panorama reserves the right to adjust reservation availability, booking windows, or operational schedules as necessary to maintain the quality and integrity of the member experience.
Membership Usage & Transfers
Members may privately share or transfer their stays.
Public listing or resale of Villa Panorama stays on third-party booking platforms or rental marketplaces is not permitted without prior written approval from Villa Panorama Management.
Villa Panorama reserves the right to refuse or revoke reservations that violate these policies.
Payments
All pricing is listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payments may be made by approved credit card, zelle, ACH transfer, wire transfer, or other approved payment methods.
Bank transfer is the preferred payment method for certain membership purchases.
All bookings and payments are securely managed by our official hospitality partner, Fair Havn Hospitality LLC.
Membership purchases are considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed and approved.
Refund Policy
All membership purchases and reservation payments are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Villa Panorama does not guarantee refunds for unused stays, scheduling conflicts, travel interruptions, weather conditions, personal circumstances, or changes in member availability.
In the event Villa Panorama is unable to fulfill a confirmed reservation due to operational issues directly caused by the property, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the stay or provide an alternative solution.
Guest Responsibility
Members and guests agree to treat the property with care and respect.
Villa Panorama reserves the right to refuse service, terminate stays, or charge for damages resulting from misuse, excessive disturbance, illegal activity, unsafe conduct, or violations of property rules.
Members are financially responsible for damages caused by themselves or their guests during their stay.
Property & Experience Modifications
Villa Panorama will continue to evolve through phased renovations, enhancements, and curated experience improvements.
Images, renderings, concepts, amenities, services, and future development plans presented on the website or within promotional materials are intended for illustrative purposes and are subject to change.
Villa Panorama reserves the right to modify amenities, services, staffing, furnishings, layouts, experiences, or future expansion plans without prior notice.Limitation of Liability.
Villa Panorama, its affiliates, partners, owners, operators, and hospitality management providers shall not be held liable for travel disruptions, weather events, acts of nature, personal injury, lost belongings, transportation interruptions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Guests assume responsibility for their personal safety and belongings during their stay.
Privacy
Villa Panorama respects your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using this website or submitting information through booking or membership inquiries, you consent to the collection and use of information necessary to provide services and manage reservations.
Changes to Terms
Villa Panorama reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the website, memberships, or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
